Guess What?

Okay, so I guess I'm making this official. My friend Mary came to me with a fitness opportunity. Her gym is having what is called Command Fitness....Its sort of like a mini-boot camp for beginners....I met her at the gym one morning at 5:00, yes that is 5:00am, and I signed up. Testing was last Saturday, and Monday was my first official workout. I will have cardio workouts on Mondays and Saturdays, strength training is on Wednesdays and Fridays, and Yoga is on Tuesdays, for the next six weeks.
