Heart Healthy Assessment

Today Bob and I went and had a Heart Healthy Assessment. They did blood work, to check for cholesterol and blood sugar level, O2 saturation, Lung Capacity, heart rhythm, and weight and BMI. It was well worth the $40, that all the testing cost. In approximately two weeks they will mail us our degree of risk for heart disease. It sucks turing 40.
